Access Services and Information
Whether you need to know how to connect to WiFi or set up your email, or you're a
staff member in need of tech support while on campus, access common services below.
Riverside Community College District students and employees are all assigned email
addresses, which allows access to multiple services. You may log in through the Microsoft
Office 365 website or RCCD's single sign-on portal.
Students and employees receive free internet connectivity for up to 5 personal devices
while on campus through the WiFi network.
Technology Support Services (TSS) offers technology assistance to all academic programs, administrative departments, and student services. Department divisions include Information Technology, Web Development and Audio/Visual support.

The Mailroom, Copy Center, and Warehouse provides mailboxes, intercollege mail processing
and incoming postal mail distribution; photocopying; and receiving and shipping services.
Get the word out! Learn about MVC's in-house marketing services, which include basic
graphic design, assistance with paid and free advertising campaigns, social media
coordination, and more. Most services are offered free-of-charge to MVC programs.
Food Services offers event catering services for College departments, programs and
student organizations. From buffets and boxed lunches, to coffee, tea and appetizers,
a wide variety of menu items and custom creations are available.
Learn how to use business-related systems and software common at MVC and RCCD. From
travel to accounting and more, manuals, training presentations and guidance on who
to contact for help is available.
