Rise to the challenge

We all face daily challenges. Knowing how to understand your feelings, work with others and solve problems will help your ongoing mental health and wellness. In skill-building support groups, you'll meet with peers and mental health professionals to learn how to approach and address specific situations, develop coping skills, and decrease stress and hardship.

These groups meet weekly or monthly and require registration. Attend any and receive a $5 Wellness deposit.
