Puente Courses
Culturally Relevant Learning Opportunities
Puente students commit to a rigorous two-semester English and personal development sequence and a summer college preparation course. They work closely with an English and guidance counselor to prepare an academic plan to transfer to four-year institutions. Students also meet regularly with a professional mentor from the community.
