Winter Intersession Appointments

During the winter intersession, counseling appointments may be booked at an all-in-one site regardless of academic pathway, with the exception of School of Public Safety students, who will continue using their regular appointment site.

Appointments commence starting January 12, but can be booked in advance starting January 2.

Common Questions

Need help? We're able to assist.

With self-service appointments, all you need to do is select who you need to speak to. Log in, choose the topic of your meeting, and pick the day and time that works best for you. You can also cancel and reschedule appointments.

  • Ensure your home college is Moreno Valley College. You can only receive support services at your home college. This can be changed by Admissions & Records.
  • Have your student ID number and date of birth ready - you'll need it to log in for an appointment!
  • Use your RCCD student email for all communication.

After making an appointment, you will receive an email confirming your appointment information.

If meeting virtually, this email will include a Zoom link to connect to your appointment. You do not need a Zoom account and you may use a computer or mobile device.

If you have any questions, reach out to counseling@mvc.edu

You will not be able to schedule an appointment on your own if:

  • You are a first-time college student and have not completed orientation or your first semester educational plan.
  • Your home college is not Moreno Valley College.
  • You have not applied.
  • There are no available appointments within the next seven days.

If this occurs, you should reach out to counseling@mvc.edu or call (951) 571-6104.
