Drop-in services provide you with registration assistance and academic planning, no appointment needed. Additional services may be available on select weekends, holiday breaks and between terms. Sessions are 15 minutes. Hours may change without notice.

Get Help In-Person
We offer help in-person, too! To meet face-to-face, check in at the Welcome Center building on MVC's main campus during drop-in hours.
Students are served in the order they arrive. Depending on demand, not all students may be seen. Appointments guarantee service.

Schedule for February 12 to June 7
Students can access drop-in counseling and advising in-person or online. Hours vary by day and modality and change throughout the semester due to student demand.

Wednesday
- In-Person and Online: 9 am - 6 pm
Thursday
- In-Person and Online: 9 am - 3 pm

- Help adding and dropping and potential consequences

- Assess transfer, certificate, associate, and graduation requirements
Book Appointments and Connect with ConexEd
Students can book appointments and join virtual counseling and advising sessions in ConexEd. You have the option to choose a virtual (chat or video over ConexEd) or in-person appointment (held on campus).
