Sandra Martínez, dean of Enrollment and Engagement, has been selected by the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities as one of 50 fellows who will be part of the fifth cohort of its Leadership Academy/La Academia de Liderazgo.

An investment from 100 Black Men of The Inland Empire (100 BMIE) to the Riverside Community College District established the 100 BMIE Umoja Scholarship Fund, underscoring their commitment to supporting youth and young adults in their pursuit of higher education and academic excellence.

The California Corps Program at Moreno Valley College will be recognized during the Western Riverside Council of Governments’ 32nd Annual General Assembly & Leadership Conference on June 29 at the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula.

Felipe Galicia, a Moreno Valley College biology instructor, was awarded the rank of Full Professor at the April 18 Riverside Community College District Board of Trustees meeting. Galicia was one of six faculty members selected, the other five being from Riverside City College.
