Learn, Grow and Advocate During Undocumented Student Action Week
About USAW
The California Community Colleges system enrolls the largest population of undocumented students in the nation. Community allies and college employees are vitally important to ensuring that all of our students can achieve their goals and dreams, regardless of their citizenship status.
Undocumented Student Action Week (USAW) events are intended to inform students, community allies and colleges how to build a strong ecosystem that breaks down silos and promotes a collaborative campus approach for our undocumented students.
Mark your calendars for the 7th Annual California Community Colleges' Undocumented Student Action Week from October 16 - 20. MVC students are invited to attend workshops and presentations throughout the week, and join ASMVC on October 19 at an on-campus fair including food, music and helpful resources.
