Rising Scholars
Education, not incarceration
The Rising Scholars Program at Moreno Valley College (MVC) provides a supportive and empowering environment for students who have been impacted by the justice system by addressing individual challenges and removing barriers to success.
How Rising Scholars Helps
The Rising Scholars Program offers comprehensive support from application through graduation, including assistance with the enrollment process, academic advising, and access to a wide range of resources – on campus and within the community. The program provides skill development for long-term success while fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.
