Home » Finding Textbooks on Reserve
  • Click here to get to the catalog.
  • Type in the class abbreviation for your class. Ex: MAT 52, CIS 1A, PSY 9, etc.
  • Make sure you have limited your search to Moreno Valley Library!
  • Click Submit

  • Course Reserves

  • Click on the course you are in.

  • Click on the title of the book you need.
  • Write down the call number of the book.

  • Call Number

  • Give this call number to the circulation desk and they will get your book for you.

  • Check Shelves means that no one currently has the book checked out and it is available.
  • If the status says DUE at a certain time, then the book will not be available until it is returned by that time.
  • The library does not purchase textbooks. If you do not find your textbook on reserve, you can ask your instructor to provide the library with a copy and it will be placed on reserve.
  • Most textbooks on reserve are for in-library use only! The library does have copy machines. It is .10cents per page to copy in black & white.
