Technology Support Services

Welcome to the Technology Support Services (TSS) department. This new department was formed in July 2014 through an internal reorganization process at MVC to better serve the College in the area of technology for both academic and administrative users.

Currently, the TSS department houses the following groups:

Audio/Visual (A/V):
Training, service, and support with all A/V equipment (e.g. document cameras, LCD projectors, etc.)

Information Technology (IT):
Service and support with all desktop devices (e.g. computers, laptops, printers, etc.)

Web Development:
Service and support for
all requests related to
websites at MVC.

RCCD Helpdesk

Answers service calls, routes service tickets to appropriate support teams, monitors quality of service.
