The California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) Workability III (WAIII) program provides educational and career guidance to help you meet your employment goals. We are here to serve you and assist you in discovering your full potential and attaining meaningful employment. To benefit from these services, you must be an enrolled MVC student and eligible for California Department of Rehabilitation assistance.
