Electronic Teaching Assignment (TA) Payroll Process

For Part-Time Faculty
Fall Electronic Teaching Assignments for part-time faculty will be processed the first week in September. You will receive a computer generated email after the dean has approved. Monitor your RCCD email account the first two weeks of the month and wait for the email notification that your TA is ready to approve. If you notice any corrections that need to be made, contact your IDS. After the dean approves, you will have until September 14 to approve.

Be sure to approve your TA in September. Your first paycheck for fall 2011 courses will be in October.

Full-Time Faculty
Fall 2011 Electronic Teaching Assignments for most full-time faculty have already been processed, however a few of you may need to approve again in September if a budget code has needed to be changed or because of changes to your schedule, etc. If so, you will receive a computer generated email after the dean has approved. Monitor your MVC email account the first two weeks of the month and wait for the email notification that your TA is ready to approve. If you notice any corrections that need to be made, contact your IDS. After the dean approves, you will have until September 14 to approve.
